1. General KARRAT DIAMOND (hereinafter — "App") provides a service for browsing, selecting, and purchasing jewelry, as well as NFT certification and payment via Telegram WebApp. 2. Registration & Account Some features require a Telegram account. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Users must be at least 18 years old. 3. User Rights & Responsibilities Users may use the App only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions: hacking, copying content, fraud, posting prohibited content. 4. Intellectual Property All texts, photos, NFTs, and design elements belong to KARRAT DIAMOND. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 5. Payments & Purchases All purchases are made via Telegram WebApp. Refunds and cancellations are available only by agreement with support. Users are responsible for any tax obligations. 6. Limitation of Liability The App is not responsible for technical errors, malfunctions, or delivery delays. Users use the service at their own risk. 7. Termination of Access User accounts may be blocked for violating these Terms of Service. 8. Privacy Data collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy. 9. Governing Law All disputes are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
